The Instructor Approved Driving Instructor Larry Walker (ADI No. 309012) has been driving for almost 40 years, including some 25 years driving with the police fast response unit, so you know you're in safe hands. You'll be driving a 2004 Vauxhall 1.0 litre Corsa, holder of EuroNCAP's 4-star safety rating, and which has been fitted with a He-Man dual control system. You'll be in safe hands. Back to top Training Training consists of a series of one-hour lessons - exactly how many you have depends on you. At Walker Driver Training we know that every student is different, and whether you want a single lesson or a dozen, we can arrange a programme to suit your needs. Don't worry if you don't feel ready to go solo just yet. It's more important to feel comfortable at the wheel than to be worrying about how many lessons you've had. • Intensive and refresher courses available; • Disqualified driver training; • Free Theory and Hazard Perception Test training; • Nervous pupils welcomed. Back to top Going Further Learning to be a safe driver doesn't just end with a laminated piece of plastic. Larry is also an approved Pass-Plus instructor and runs the Pass-Plus course for drivers who have just passed their practical test. Run over a minimum of 6 hours, the Pass-Plus course provides valuable extra experience such as driving in adverse weather, night driving and motorway driving. As well as providing valuable extra driving experience, completing Pass-Plus can help to save you money on your insurance.
